The first few nights of sleep training are tough and if you’re already sleep deprived, having someone to hold your hand throughout the process is priceless. With an in home support package Katie will be at your home to assist with Bedtime and Night Wakings allowing you to confidently implement the sleep plan and actually get some rest.

We just wrapped up our initial plan for our son and we are amazed with how much better our son is sleeping. He is 4 and for about a year we had to lay in bed to get to him to sleep. Bedtime was a 2 hour + struggle each night. Katie put together a personalized strategy that fit his personality and struggles. Within the first few days we saw improvement and after 2 weeks he was a whole new kid and everyone was getting better sleep and feeling better. We had communication with Katie every night during this time and she helped get us through some tough nights and coached us through the plan and struggles. How it works

Book a call

Katie will ask you questions about your child’s sleep habits and routines to see how a customized sleep plan could help you. If we both decide it’s a good fit, we will move forward to work together to get your whole family sleeping again!

Preliminary evaluation

Katie will send you a questionnaire all about your child’s sleep, temperament and routines along with your family’s goals and needs. This will allow her to completely customize the sleep plan to get your child sleeping while working towards your family’s goals.

private consultation

Katie will host a 60-90 minute private video call with both parents to discuss the sleep plan in detail. She will answer any questions that you have and ensure you are well prepared for night one. It doesn’t stop there! Katie will support and guide you along the way… get ready to SLEEP BETTER!
